Description of Service

Ticketmaster Simulator is an independent browser-based practice tool that recreates the pressure sequence of a high-demand ticket onsale for rehearsal purposes. The Site provides simulated queue timing, seat selection drills, checkout timer practice, and related educational resources.

The Site does not sell, reserve, or broker real tickets. It does not interact with Ticketmaster's website or any live ticketing platform. All forms, timers, and scoring mechanisms are simulated and exist for practice only.

Ticketmaster Simulator is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ticketmaster, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

References to "Ticketmaster," "Ticketmaster queue," "Ticketmaster presale," or similar terms throughout the Site are used descriptively to explain the buying flow the simulator is designed to help fans practice. Such references do not imply official affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

Intellectual Property

The Site's code, design, written content, and original graphics are the intellectual property of the Site's operators. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without permission.

The Site's practice interface is designed to simulate the general flow of a ticket purchase — not to replicate any specific platform's proprietary interface or trade dress.

Fair Use and Acceptable Behavior

The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use as a ticketing practice tool. Users agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with the Site
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
